Purpose

FULL PART is a free catalogue of action sports films published on YouTube, available at app.fullpart.tv. These terms set the rules for using the app and the member account. Using FULL PART means accepting these terms; creating an account requires accepting them explicitly.

The publisher of FULL PART is presented in the legal notice. How your data is used is described in the privacy policy, which you accept by using FULL PART.

Free of charge

FULL PART is free. Browsing the catalogue and watching the films requires no account, no subscription and no payment. The member account is free too.

Films and YouTube

FULL PART hosts no videos. The films are published on YouTube by their rights holders and play in YouTube's official player, ads included. FULL PART uses YouTube API Services.

By using FULL PART, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, which apply to film playback.

A film may be removed, made private or blocked in your country by its rights holder or by YouTube, without FULL PART being informed.

Catalogue

The catalogue brings together films published on YouTube by their rights holders. Their availability depends on them and on YouTube and may change without notice. FULL PART updates the catalogue as soon as a change is known, without being able to guarantee the accuracy of the film pages or the availability of the films.

Depending on your device, your browser and the notification service, notifications may arrive late or not at all.

Member account

The account is optional. It is open to people aged 15 or older, who state it when signing up.

You create your account and log in with your email address and an 8-digit code received by email. Use an address that belongs to you and keep access to your mailbox: it is the only way to log in.

Your first and last name, if given, must be your own, and the avatar an image you have the right to use.

You can delete your account at any time from "My account". Deletion is permanent.

Acceptable use

The following are prohibited: getting around the service's technical limits or disrupting it, extracting its content automatically and on a large scale, accessing or trying to access another person's account, using an unlawful or offensive image as an avatar.

Account suspension and deletion

FULL PART may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, after informing its holder by email, except in an emergency affecting the security of the service.

An account unused for 3 years is deleted, after a warning email sent 30 days before. An account whose code was never entered is deleted after 24 hours.

Availability

FULL PART strives to keep the service available. It may be interrupted for maintenance or in case of failure. A failure of the member area leaves the catalogue and the films available.

The content of the films, the decisions of their rights holders and of YouTube, and the third-party sites FULL PART links to are the responsibility of their authors.

Intellectual property

The structure of FULL PART, its texts, its selection and its visual identity belong to EXAPHASE. The films and their images belong to their rights holders, the names and logos of the channels, brands and YouTube to their owners.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. Members are told about any significant change by email before it applies. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first write to the contact address to look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
