FULL PART and your data
FULL PART is the catalogue of action sports films published on YouTube. It consists of this presentation site, fullpart.tv, and the app, app.fullpart.tv. This policy describes the personal data FULL PART processes, what it is used for, how long it is kept, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.
The catalogue and the films played in the app are available without an account.
The member account is optional and free. It requires an email address and a statement that you are 15 or older. First name, last name, country, age group, avatar and newsletter are optional.
FULL PART does not sell or rent any personal data and shows no targeted advertising. Any ads you may see in the films are served by YouTube.
Where the data comes from
The data comes from you, from your use of the site and the app (IP address, requested addresses, playback position read from the YouTube player) or is produced by FULL PART (dates, account confirmation status). One piece of information comes from a service provider: your browser's notification service reports an expired subscription or a rejected send.
FULL PART does no profiling. Its only automated decisions are technical: temporarily blocking too many code requests, deleting unconfirmed or unused accounts, after the periods given below.
Data controller
The data controller is the company that publishes FULL PART. It has not appointed a data protection officer: for any question, write to the contact address.
- Data controller
- EXAPHASE, société par actions simplifiée (French simplified joint-stock company)
- Registration
- RCS Mende 804 620 813
- Registered office
- Lotissement Les Crozes, 48400 Florac-Trois-Rivières, France
- Contact

Visiting the site and the app
Like any web server, the FULL PART server records each request in technical logs. Login code requests are also counted per IP address and per email address, to block abuse.
- Data
- IP address, date and time, requested address, browser, email address entered for a code request
- Purpose
- service security, blocking abuse, troubleshooting
- Legal basis
- legitimate interest of FULL PART in protecting the service and its users
- Retention
- access logs 7 days; error logs limited in size, erased as they are replaced
Audience measurement
Only with your consent, this site and the app measure their audience with Google Analytics: page views, visit length, device type, approximate country and city, and a few actions (click to the app or to the "Submit a film" form, click on the contact address, sharing, installing the app, sending a film submission, creating an account, logging in, following, adding to My list, turning on notifications). Without consent, no measurement tool is loaded. The site and the app each keep your choice.
No email address or account identifier is ever sent to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics cookies expire at most 13 months after your last measured visit. Your choice is kept for 13 months in your browser. You can change it at any time from the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page: if you refuse, measurement stops and the measurement cookies are deleted.
- Data
- page views, actions, device and browser type, approximate country and city, random cookie identifier
- Purpose
- understanding how FULL PART is used, to improve it
- Legal basis
- consent
- Retention
- cookies at most 13 months after the last measured visit; data linked to the cookie identifier, 14 months at Google; aggregated statistical reports, which cannot identify you, may be kept longer
- Processor
- Google Ireland Limited
- Google Privacy Policy
- policies.google.com/privacy
Settings kept on your device
To work, the app keeps in your browser's storage the resume position of the last 50 films watched, your recent searches, the status of the offer to install the app and your consent choice. If you log in to your account, the session and the device's notification status are kept there too.
This information stays on your device. When you log in, your resume positions are also copied to your account: see "Follows, My list and resume playback".
- Access to your device
- storage needed for the service you ask for, exempt from consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act)
- Legal basis
- legitimate interest of FULL PART in running the features you use; performance of the terms of use for the session
- Retention
- consent choice 13 months; resume positions limited to the last 50 films, the oldest replaced; session valid for 90 days, extended each time you open the app; everything else until you clear the site's data in your browser
Films and YouTube
Films play in YouTube's official player, in privacy-enhanced mode. The player only loads when you start a film. FULL PART uses YouTube API Services to start playback, control it and read the playback position, which is used to resume.
Film images are hosted with the site and the app: displaying them contacts neither YouTube nor Google. In the "Submit a film" form, pasting a YouTube link loads the video thumbnail from YouTube, to check that the video exists.
When the player loads, YouTube, a Google service, receives your IP address and information about your device, and may set or read cookies and trackers in your browser. YouTube may also show ads in the films. Google carries out this processing on its own behalf, under its own rules.
FULL PART does not access your Google or YouTube account. The playback position and the film length, read from the player, are kept on your device, and in your FULL PART account if you log in. Deleting data at FULL PART has no effect on the data kept by YouTube: for that data, use YouTube or your Google account.

Member account
To create an account or log in, you enter your email address and receive an 8-digit code, valid for 10 minutes. No password is created or stored.
An email address and a statement that you are 15 or older are required to have an account. Without an account, the rest of FULL PART stays available.
FULL PART only writes to you about your account: login code, welcome, deletion confirmation, warning before deletion for inactivity, notice of a significant change to the terms of use or this policy. These emails go out through Gandi's sending service.
An account whose code was never entered is deleted after 24 hours. An account unused for 3 years is deleted, after a warning email sent 30 days before. Each time the app opens with your account logged in counts as use.
- Data
- email address, language, statement that you are 15 or older and its date, confirmation status, account plan (free), creation and last use dates, date of the last code request, date of the inactivity warning
- Purpose
- creating and running your account
- Legal basis
- performance of the terms of use (contract); for the dates of the last code request and of the inactivity warning, legitimate interest of FULL PART in protecting accounts and deleting those no longer used
- Retention
- until the account is deleted, or 3 years after the last use
Follows, My list and resume playback
Your account keeps the disciplines, channels and people you follow, the films you put in My list and the resume positions of the last 50 films watched: video identifier, position, length, date, title and address of the film. You find them on every device where you log in.
Each time you log in on a device, the device's resume positions are merged with those of the account. After that, resume positions sync during playback, at most once a minute, and each time you open the app.
Your follows and My list are used to build your home page (followed disciplines first, "New from your follows" and "My list" rows), and for nothing else.
- Data
- disciplines, channels and people followed, films in My list and the date added, resume positions
- Purpose
- finding your choices and resume positions on all your devices, building your home page
- Legal basis
- performance of the terms of use (contract)
- Retention
- with the account; beyond 50 films, the oldest resume positions are deleted
Notifications
Notifications are reserved for members and are set in "My account". Before you turn them on on a device, the app explains what they are used for. Your browser then creates a subscription: an address specific to that device at the notification service of the browser's maker (Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft) and encryption keys. FULL PART keeps this subscription, linked to your account, with the device's language, a readable device name worked out from your browser (system, browser, installed app or not, for example "iPhone, installed app") and the date of the last successful send.
They carry FULL PART announcements, written and sent by hand, in the device's language, on each device where you turned them on. When you log out, the device is unsubscribed.
Notification content is encrypted: the notification service carries it without being able to read it. FULL PART keeps a summary of each send (target audience, number of notifications sent and failed), with no data about the recipients.
"My account" lists your subscribed devices: you can turn off or remove each one there. You can also turn notifications off in your browser settings.
- Data
- subscription address, encryption keys, device language and name (system, browser, installed app or not), link to the account, account notification setting and its date, date of the last successful send, number of failed sends
- Purpose
- sending you FULL PART announcements
- Legal basis
- consent, given by turning on notifications in "My account" and then in the browser
- Retention
- until you remove the device, log out of it, the subscription expires, five sends fail in a row or the account is deleted; a turned-off device is erased after 100 days without syncing
Optional profile
After your first login, you can give your first name, last name, country and age group (15-17, 18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54 or 55 and over) and add an avatar. The suggested country is worked out from your device's time zone, on the device itself, and is only saved if you submit the form. Each field can stay empty and can be cleared at any time in "My account".
Your first and last name personalize your account and FULL PART emails. They are never shared with any partner.
Country and age group are used to count members by country and by age group. These aggregated figures may be shown to partners or brands. No list of names is ever shared.
The avatar is not public: it only shows for you in the app.
- Data
- first name, last name, country, age group, avatar (image reduced to 512 pixels)
- Purpose
- personalizing your account and emails, aggregated audience statistics, showing your avatar
- Legal basis
- consent, which you withdraw by clearing the field
- Retention
- with the account, or until you clear the field
Newsletter
The newsletter box is never ticked in advance. If you tick it, your account keeps this choice and its date. The newsletter carries new films and FULL PART announcements. FULL PART sends it from its own server, through Gandi's sending service, to your account's address and in your language.
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also untick the box in "My account".
FULL PART does not track newsletter opens or each recipient's clicks.
- Data
- email address, language, choice and sign-up date
- Purpose
- sending you new films and FULL PART announcements
- Legal basis
- consent
- Retention
- until you unsubscribe or delete your account
Submit a film
The video link, your name, role, email address, discipline and message, entered in the app's "Submit a film" form, are used only to review your submission and reply to you. They are never sold or used for marketing.
This data is sent to the publisher as a Telegram notification. The messages are deleted no later than 12 months after your submission.
- Data
- video link, name, role, email address, discipline, message, site language
- Purpose
- reviewing your submission and replying to you
- Legal basis
- legitimate interest of FULL PART in reviewing submitted films and replying to their authors
- Recipient
- Telegram, for the notification sent to the publisher
- Retention
- at most 12 months after your submission, Telegram messages included
Recipients
Access to the data is restricted to authorized FULL PART staff and to the service providers below, each for its own part. These providers process the data on behalf of FULL PART and on its instructions.
YouTube acts on its own behalf, under its own rules. The same applies to the browsers' notification services.
FULL PART only discloses data to an authority when the law requires it.
- Hosting
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus), server in France (Paris)
- Account emails and newsletter
- Gandi SAS (France)
- Film submissions
- Telegram, privacy policy at telegram.org/privacy
- Audience measurement
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), with your consent
Transfers outside the European Union
The FULL PART server is located in France (Paris), and the host's backup copies stay in the European Union.
Google, for YouTube and for audience measurement, may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission; transfers outside its scope rely on the Commission's standard contractual clauses.
The browsers' notification services (Apple, Google, Mozilla, Microsoft) may be located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. They receive the subscription address, specific to your device, and encrypted messages they cannot read. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies.
To get a copy of the applicable safeguards, write to the contact address.

Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interest and receive the data you provided in a reusable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. You can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to the contact address, preferably from your account's address. FULL PART replies within one month at most and carries out a deletion request within 7 days.
With an account, most of these rights are available directly in "My account": download your account data (profile, follows, My list, resume positions, devices subscribed to notifications, link to the avatar) in a JSON file, change your profile and your choices, delete your account. The subscriptions' technical keys are not in the file. For other data, such as technical logs, write to the contact address.
Deleting the account, confirmed by a code sent to your address, immediately erases from the FULL PART database the account, follows, My list, resume positions, avatar and the notification subscriptions of your devices, and stops the newsletter. It also clears the settings of the device used; those of your other devices stay there until you clear them. Backup copies disappear as they rotate, within 6 weeks at most, and any restore reapplies the deletions.
So that a restore reapplies account deletions and newsletter unsubscriptions, FULL PART records them in a log that keeps only the account identifier and the date, for 42 days, under its obligation to erase data.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Minimum age
Accounts are open from age 15. When signing up, you state that you are 15 or older; FULL PART does not check this statement. In France, 15 is the age from which a minor can consent alone to an online service processing their data.
If you learn that a child under 15 has created an account, write to the contact address: the account will be deleted.
Security
Exchanges with fullpart.tv and app.fullpart.tv are encrypted.
Logging in with a one-time code means no password is stored, and code requests are limited in number. Administration of the service is restricted to authorized FULL PART staff and protected by two-factor authentication.
Account data is backed up every night.
Changes
This policy may change as FULL PART evolves. The date at the top of the page shows the latest update. Members are told about any significant change by email before it applies.
